  • Can I pay by check or some other method?

    Please contact your Account Manager for COD, Terms and other payment options.

  • Do you take orders over the phone or through postal mail?

    We do take over the phone but not through postal mail. To place your order over the phone simple call 1.866.420.0420 (USA), 1.706.613.2035 (outside USA), or online @ [email protected]

  • How does the charge appear on my credit card statement?

    It will show on your statement as a charge from Volo Trading.

  • How can I contact customer service?

  • Do you charge tax?

    Domestic (US) Wholesale orders will not be charged any taxes, must have VAT on file.

  • How do I use a promotion/coupon code?

    All Promotional Codes must be processed by phone with your Account Manager.

  • When will I receive my order?

    You will receive a final invoice with tracking when your order ships. We make every effort turn orders around within 24-48 hrs. Fed-Ex Ground is preferred method of shipping and can take up to 3-5 business days.

  • What can cause my order to be delayed?

    A) If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed. Please ensure that your billing name is entered exactly as it appears on your card. For the protection of our customers, transactions cannot be processed if billing information is not 100% accurate.

    B) If  you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, your order may be delayed for additional confirmations.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

    Yes! Volotrading.com understands that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. We use a wide array of electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.

  • How do you ship my order?

    Depending on the products, all orders are shipped from either our fulfillment center in WA or warehouse in GA and delivered in standard Brown-Boxes that are packed with care.

  • What is your return policy?

    Volo Trading must be notified in advanced and approved by your Account Manager within 7 days of receiving your order.  You may return most new, unopened items for a full refund or credit.  Please note that all returns for either unwanted or  damaged/faulty goods must be confirmed by either phone or e-mail. Any goods sent back without prior consent from Volotrading.com will be sent back at your cost.

  • What is your shipping policy?

    We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of placing an order. The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method you select. Shipping rates vary depending on region and are calculated when your shipping information is entered during the checkout process. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed. Please note that transit times for the delivery method you select do not include order-processing time.

  • How can I pay at www.volotrading.com?

    Volo Trading currently accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express for all orders.
